Why aren't we all complaining about the iniquitous scoring system anymore?

I think we're just too busy worrying about the quality of most of the subs.

On my subs the scoring is broke but I won't complain. I'll wait until it's fixed.

Bitching about cliques, cabals, and gangs is the new scoring system.

I don't come here to score.

Scoring is completely pointless. It gives the masses (all six of them) the completely erroneous belief that they have some say in the process. Everything printed is picked solely by Ed. Whether or not there is a clique of favorites, pay for play, or sex for publishing is involved, who knows or cares? My ass hurts.

There are the occasional sub I'd like to give negative points to - just so even it's author can't up its score.
(Just seen one and now need a cuppa to clear the taste.)Posted 2 years ago # -
Mmmm, I do think the scoring system should either be meaningful or got rid of, probably the latter. If you actually like a sub then surely a few seconds to comment on it is better than anonymous starring?
You can tell I'm bitter about the number of stars I get can't you? :p

The only thing wrong with the scoring system is that it fails to reflect my massively over inflated sense of the brilliance of my subs. If it worked correctly then I would already be President of the world. Meanwhile, I will keep taking these painkillers for my ass.

I find scoring is best achieved with a sharp craft knife, my old CRT would not have complained like this darned TFT that's started bleeding all over the desk, sod the ass (hmmm), it's a quick squirt and wipe I need... where are the tissues
