World famous pacifist and occasional nuclear war threatener,Donald Trump, has condemned all sides for the violence which erupted on the beaches of Normandy in June 1944.
"Aggressors were the guys storming the beaches. Nazis had to act in SELF DEFENCE", tweeted the President at 3:00am yesterday. A further series of tweets, which simply repeated the words, "Heil Trump" 500 times, was later deleted and passed off as "a misprint" by White House staff.
At a press conference earlier today, the President, who referred to himself as the "no. 1 history-knowing-guy in the world" denounced the Allied forces as "leftist terrorists" and said that they should be condemned accordingly. While he did acknowledge that the Nazis had done some "not good stuff", he claimed that the situation was not as straightforward as the media made it out to be.
"Things like this are complicated. They're never just white and.......whatever that other colour is that's the opposite of white", concluded the President. "Unless they're Muslim, or North Korean", he added, "then it's always entirely their fault".
