I always reply: "My opinion is a professional asset and I cannot, under partnership agreements which I have signed, allow you unrestricted access to my opinion without first:
1) Informing my partners, and
2) Your signature on an agreement to pay my fee according to the attached scale, followed by a purchase order.

Whats funny about this, its true.. Have 4stars anyway..
raises the question on what percentage of the 40% actually lied about lying and how many of the 60% who maintain that they didn't lie actually lied. Opens all kinds of cans of worms.
