you are rght, mr simon, but i expect it is the former. there can't be too many policewomen with penises. even in scotland.

Hell, I think it's a job requirement for the WPCs around here! Seriously, while the blokes are getting younger, the females are getting wider, tougher and manlier. There used to be two very pretty female officers, one of whom was my friend's sister, but they seem to have been forced out.

oh no, jeni! that is so wrong. it should never be a job requirement for a female public servant to have a penis. someone should take firm action about this.
