David McNaly, 47 year old pilot of flight BA15 from Bangkok to Heathrow ejected after his co-pilot suffered a fatal coronary. 'There was no way I was going to be in there with a dead person - not with 450 passengers on board', said McNally. He has been suspended from duty for 48 hours.
