			<description>&#60;p&#62;A tag is a label.  If you write a piece about cricket, you can add the label 'cricket' to the piece.  Popular labels go into the blue box on page FORUM.  You can click a label in the blue box and you'll get a list of all the pieces which share that particular label.  So it's a sort of search engine, but one that's open to abuse by people adding 'fart in a colander' to stories not in the least about flatulence or kitchen utensils.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I've added 'How to' as a tag.  Now you can click the 'How to' tag on this page (or in the blue box) and come back here via the 'How to' listing, if you want.
