Leading Scientists of the Michigan Institute of Film Sciences have found that the film industry is collapsing in on itself and will soon be be reduced to nothing but Dark Film - the immensely heavy form of film which can warp realities.

"We've been looking at the data from the turn of the century and we've noticed a disturbing trend. The cycles that control the film industry are getting more frequent and events are becoming closer. At the turn of the century George Melies made his first forays into film and it took 67 years for another director to remake one of his films. Now we are seeing remakes within 5 years of the original. Following this curve we predict that in 2017 M Knight-Shylaman will film a remake of Stephen Spielbergs 'Jaws 12 - Sharks on a Plane' a whole year before the original is made."

"We are already seeing how the compacting effects are squeezing Hollywood, for example we have recently published a journal on the 'Sandler Effect' where it seems that every movie produced by Adam Sandler seems to have the same plot about an angry young man and has an identical cast. This effect is becoming more frequent and has been sighted in the works of Seth Rogen, and Kevin Smith."

"As the Dark Film gets larger it swallows up more and more budget and directors are finding that a romantic comeday about a couple stuck in a taxi with only their cutting edge mobile phones costs $400million to make"

"James Cameron has already begun work on his latest apocalyptic blockbuster about a director shooting a movie about a scientist who discovers that hollywood is collapsing. We think if he ever finishes this it will destroy movies"

[Thoughts People - Suggestions Very Much Welcome]
