'Sacking bank CEO's was rejected as 'impractical'. The Chancellor said: 'we have rejected most of the public's suggestions as they are not as wise as ours. Generally, the public seem to know nothing but will appreciate the cuts we have planned'.</p> <p>'It is good to include the public, where possible', said Mr Osborne, 'but, so often, they just don't have a clue.
