Britain's national treasure has been getting 'hot and sweaty' making a fitness DVD.</p> <p>On sale less for than a day, it has already displaced Madonna's 'Brazil Butt-Lift Xtreme' in the workout DVD charts.</p> <p>The video 'DENCH-PRESS WITH DAME JUDI' shows a remarkably 'buff' Dame Judi, 78, bench-pressing huge weights in gym shorts, skimpy bikini top and glowing permatan.</p> <p><img src="http://i830.photobucket.com/albums/zz223/pinxit2/Satire/db_nb_zpsff4285e2.jpg"></p> <p>"Women have been 'pumping iron' since time began." she says in her introduction to the DVD.</p> <p>"Normally it has meant pressing clothes or, in their courtships, pumping something else in dimly-lit car parks." </p> <p>"Lying flat on your back, legs wide akimbo and pushing like fuck until your eyes pop is not unknown to women," she quips, with a trademark pixie-like twinkle in her eyes.</p> <p><strong>Abs Fabs</strong></p> <p>Launching the self-improvement video, Dench, still retaining all her coquettish femininity despite an impressive 'six-pack', said, "There's a dearth of roles for older woman out there.
