I think, overall, I have done my bit in contributing to the site. </p> <p>I am not a 'standing at the bar, telling jokes and laughing loudly' sort of person and make no apology for that. There are different sorts of humour.</p> <p>I have not been 'flouncing' in the past couple of days but reacting to what I thought was an odd situation, both from the editor and from some contributors. I had not quite anticipated some of the venom. If I come over as a bit sensitive, that is because I am. It goes with the territory of being a bit barmy. </p> <p>If the general consensus is that I should leave the site, I will respect that. </p> <p>Mostly, I enjoy being on the site and chatting to people. There is possibily a bit more to me than the fatuous persona that I usually present. Plucky. </p>
