News that Julian Assange has not been idle during his 8 month stay at the Equadorian Embassy emerged today, when a range of vegetables went on sale outside the Embassy gates.
A spokesman said that to help repay the people of Ecuador for their help Assange has constructed a rooftop allotment, which not only now provides the Embassy with fresh vegetables, but has actually generated enough surplus to sell to the general public.
Our reporter found on offer WikiCarrots, WikiOnions, WikiCabbage and of course WikiLeeks.
The BBC is attempting to gain access for a special feature on Gardeners World.
