We halved the annual membership fee and offered to upload members’ photographs and bios - at no cost - to the association’s Facebook page. We even had special offers on show-tunes and soft furnishings. But after all our efforts, we’re still waiting for our first member. </p> <p>“If you Google ‘cat playing piano’ or ‘skateboarding dog’, you’ll find millions of pages. But Google for ‘gay professional footballers’ and there’s nothing but jokes. Frankly, we’re disappointed”... </p>
