			<description>&#60;p&#62;A man who found a paper clip on the ground outside his home yesterday was astonished to discover that it was in fact an email attachment that was originally sent 3 years ago.&#60;br /&#62;
It seems the attachment may have become detached from its email after the sender had changed his computer operating system to Vista from XP back in 2007.
