The RSPCA also agreed the move.</p> <p>Police in the tiny Roonshire city say they have CCTV footage of the cat's feet causing mischief.</p> <p>The cat died during the procedure. Owner Willis Dean is appalled but has been settled by police.</p> <p>The ruckus recalls last year's events on the Isle of Goom when a cat was also killed during routine police work.</p> <p>Local Trent Dupe said: "Truly unbelievable, shameful and all too predictable." </p>
