			<description>&#60;p&#62;What about a compromise, if the display order can be set independently for writers' and chat.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;It makes perfect sense that stories should appear in the sequence in which they were submitted (latest at the top) rather than pop back up every time they attract a comment.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;But it also makes sense that on-going chat threads / Neat-O's and the like DO pop back up to the top.
