<description>&#60;p&#62;The Queen has today settled the dispute between Leicester and York with regard to the re-burial of Richard III's bones by ruling that the skeleton be divided. The Queen's representative in such matters, The Gentleman Keeper Of The Royal Bones, has directed that the skull will remain in Leicester, while the pelvis will be sent to York. Several ribs will be distributed to various other sites associated with Richard and the remaining remains retained in safe-keeping in anticipation of further claimants emerging.
