Stepping away from it’s business model of selling unreliable and dated handsets, RIM have taken the brave step of making the BB10 the first Blackberry not to be delivered with a Mazuma Mobile recycling bag.</p> <p> ‘We understand our customers previous complaints and hopefully we have addressed them’ RIM’s UK Managing Director Stephen Bates told us. ‘With the new BB10 we set ourselves a goal that 75% of customers will be able to make calls, send texts, and receive Email in at least 2 hours in every 24’.
