The roll was made famous by Marine Capt Jim Fletcher. </p> <p>“It’s 2 rashers of bacon, 2 sausages, a fried egg and mushrooms. It’s just the thing a G I needs when he’s deep in battle with an enemy combatant.” Barked Capt Fletcher from an undisclosed location</p> <p>It’s a move that is sure to satisfy the Senate armed services committee who have been pushing for female soldiers to be involved in front line activities for the last 2 years. </p> <p>Instead of packed lunches giving the soldiers their energy through battle they will now be fuelled by Capt Fletchers calorie bursting bap. Commenting on the development one Navy Seal said “This is great news. Instead of a cold corned beef sandwich I’ll be having a hot roll served by a hot gal”</p> <p>No female soldiers were available for comment. </p>
