<p>Following on from news that 13,000 people still only watch black and white television, it's been revealed that the entire Isle of Wight is operating in black and white. A council spokesman explained; "We upgraded from sepia to black and white around 1998 and to be honest, peoples eyes are still getting used to that let alone this new 'colour' that strangers are talking about."</p>
<p>Your reporter demonstrated a 3D television to some locals and was chased onto the Isle of Wight ferry by a mob crying "witchcraft".
