It just doesn't feel polished, like a lot of the BBC output it's spoiled by some really amateurish moments. The dialogue really jars in places.</p> <p>Think I've been spoiled by some of Sky's output lately: HBO and Sky Atlantic blow the BBC away at the moment. The first episode was directly relevant to it but the remaining ones are just another excuse for a detective series but set in victorian times. I quite liked it but, yes, you have to suspend belief a bit but you do with most entertainment these days.<br /> I sound like a grumpy old man ! ..
