Doctors told reporters today that Mr Cahill can wiggle the fingers of his new hand, but has no sense of touch.</p> <p>Mr Cahill, from Halifax, said that it would take some getting used to, but also talked up the benefits. "When I look at it and move it, it feels just like my hand", he explained, "but mainly I'm looking forward to feeling like someone else is doing it without having to lie on my arm to numb it first". </p>
