The pundits are expected to shout even louder if the speech fails to mention the concerns of ordinary Britons ‘Such as the cost of leccy, booze and fags’ said Coulson.</p> <p>The speech, which is available in HD, and 3D for those who pay additional subscriptions, is said to be action-packed and will feature footage of British olympic success and will also briefly show the little swimmer who won a paralympic gold. </p> <p>The BBC has confirmed that it will broadcast last year’s speech instead ‘After all not much has changed’ explained Chris Patten ‘Except for the Royal marriage, Her Majesty’s jubilee, the Olympics and the imminent arrival of a Royal baby.
