Homeless men who were forced into labour by a family of travellers have been revealed to be members of the public booked into an extreme boot camp holiday. It had been reported that the men where given very little to eat and were subjected to physical attacks on a regular basis as part of a HoboCamp Slave break. Speaking after the arrest of the gypsy family, Ted Ross, who is known as Wookie Bill on the break told reporters that although conditions were tough he was having a great time. “Some of these guys booked into HoboCamp months ago and we were really enjoying it. I’d started to loose weight, I’d stopped gagging when emptying the buckets of shit and I really felt I had made some good friends in the first couple of weeks”

Ted (Bill) went on to say that rather than being relieved at being released from the break most of the HoboCamp customers were demanding to be put back on a similar programme or to get their money back.

No Spleen McGee, Steve Fox from Frome, went on to say “I had looked at one of those EuroCamp programmes in the South of France, but they couldn’t guarantee me the beatings that the HoboCamp could. Everything else was the same, you know the shitty buckets and lack of food, but it’s the physical violence that I’d be missing out on.”

A homeless man on Oxford Street refused to comment yesterday, but started to sing Auld Lang Syne when reporters dropped a pound into his empty coffee cup.
