She is thought to have made the application driven on by the high cost of gooseberries.</p> <p>Another suspect in police custody is Mr Gable from Hitchin,who was plucked from Stevenage swimming pool by police divers today. Gable makes no secret of his plan to train a Synchronised Swimming Team to Olympic standard for Rio 2016 - all funded by lottery gambling.</p> <p>A high court injunction means the cash will not now be released until the pockets of every potential beneficary have been searched - including any jackets taken to dry cleaners. </p>
