			<description>&#60;p&#62;I think you could be right Wayland.  I've now read it and, between terms such as 'proactive' and 'continuous improvement culture' is a list of key benefits.  Number one on the list is legal and regulatory compliance, the last one is ensuring a safe working environment. Speaks volumes.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I &#34;love&#34; this company, they really &#34;care&#34; about their workforce.
