These sorts of accusations are very unhelpful, and we need to make sure that this does not become a witch hunt against six foot tall, anthropomorphic bears.’</p> <p>The claims emerged as the abuse scandal continues to escalate. Last Thursday it was confirmed that Gordon the Gopher had been given the keys to Broadmoor psychiatric hospital, while yesterday the Metropolitan Police arrested Ed the Duck over an incident backstage at a recording of ‘The Flumps’ in 1988. </p>
