A 38 year old from Coventry has claimed his wife's obsession with a televison show has led to the breakdown in their 13 year marriage.

Andy Grissom from Stoke says the E4 programme Glee has become the number one interest in his wife Michelle's life and she's now paying no attention to him or their 2 children.

"It's atrocious" he told reporters. "She sits at home all day watching the show on the TV, either live or on Sky Digital, then spends hours discussing the latest 'funny quote' from Sue Sylvester with her new friends on the internet."

"And while she's doing that, I'm holding down a job as a bus driver and looking after our two boys."

His solicitor Andrea Durden says his assertion that a television show has led to the the breakdown of her client's relationship is unusual, but she's confident of a win in the case.

"Everything in the marital home has been paid for by my client and we think that as Mrs Grissom has contributed nothing but 2 extra mouths to the relationship, it's only fair that my client wins the majority of their shared property, including the 48" plasma TV and Sky box."

Mrs Grissom was unavailable to comment tonight, but told friends on a Glee message forum that she feels worse 'than Sue did after the Throwdown episode'.
