The World Meterorological Authority - responsible for assigning names to hurricanes - announced it would also assign gender and sexual orientation details to winds with appropriate speeds. But Christian owners of bed and breakfasts across the east coast of the USA say they are planning to boycott both Julian and Sandy by leaving lightweight garden furniture on patios, refusing to be seen on TV in wellington boots and "making our places a whole lot less chintzy."</p> <p>"It says in the Holy Bible we leave in every guest room that God's mighty winds are a warning," said Jeff Smith, a b&amp;b owner from Alextown.
