This latest warning is seen as a deepening of the crisis effecting the Middle West.</p> <p>The video, which was interrupted on several occasions due to Brock’s deteriorating health has been circulated on social media sites. Brock is said to have lost weight recently and is reported to have been suffering with a fever. </p>
