They must show that they eat at least 5 portions of fruit or vegetables a day; get a minimum of 30 minutes exercise per day in the open air; have a house with at least 3 bedrooms (one of which must have en-suite facilities); and they must not have a neighbour closer than half a mile away.</p> <p>If the trial is a success, the NHS hope to introduce a “Value” service next year, with eggs being sourced from females from the nearest sink estate. </p>
