'Just thinking about studying 200 key figures in the narrative of British history has me wetting myself. I just daren't think about stuff like the effect of Soviet-US relations on international affairs and the fall of the Roman Empire. This Michael Gove is a really cool guy.'</p> <p>The education secretary has denied reports that, up to yesterday, Jimmy Savile was one of his 200 key figures.</p> <p>'I think you are confusing him with the other guy with the big cigar,' a department for education spokeswoman said. </p>
