<description>&#60;p&#62;Education Secretary Michael Gove today launched the brand new English Baccalaureate Certificate to replace the debased General Certificate of Secondary Education. Gove claimed the new ‘E-Bac’ would bring an end to the old system where up to five separate words were needed to describe the qualification, and replace with it with the international gold standard of a three-word exam title. 'Not only is bacalaurate a very hard word to write, but all students will be able to have a go.' Nick Clegg said he was pleased to have finished the race to the bottom claiming 'Apart from in Wales, and some other countries, we will be the envy of the world.'
