'I've been promised 100% of the compensation, that's 100%. I didn't even know I could claim, or that I had a neck that could get whiplash, until I received a call from them. Apparently my insurer had passed on my details to them' it added.</p> <p>Jyhguhiuglkh now plans to put in a claim against its bank for mis-selling it payment protection insurance in the 1980s. </p>
