Officials have been concerned about Mr Stang for some time, a spokesman explained:</p> <p>"We had heard rumours of drug abuse; someone said he was taking grass. But when I first met Mo he was very quiet; he answered the question about his age by stamping his front foot. However, when I tried to collect a urine sample I was, er, made to feel somewhat inadequate. That's when my suspicions were aroused."</p> <p>Mo's agent, Winnie D'Loudlie, defended him.
