Nice work ted.

I think I've just spotted an ever-so-slightly overloaded bandwagon creaking into view and can just make out the strains of some argument 'Move over Boris, this is mine'/ 'Cripes Dave, give a fellow a turn at the reins can't you?'

Primeminister David Cameron today announced that competitive sports will be compulsary in all primary schools from next year.
Schools throughout the country will be able to select up to three sports from the list made up of recent Team GB gold achievements.
"London 2012 has highlighted the fantastic achievements of a handfull of our athletes and our legacy is to build on that by striving towards continued successes in years to come. We're not too interested in the events where we won nothing, there's clearly no demand and that would be a waste of investment and resources".
Ms Edwards, headteacher at Ilkley's All Saints RC has welcomed the initiative: "Some of the children have already expressed an interest in the heptathlon, which I've placed on the shortlist along with shooting, punching girls, triathlon and dressage".
