			<description>&#60;p&#62;I shed a tear when the then Labour leader John Smith died.  He would have made a fantastic PM, with a real caring nature, rather than a media friendly assumed one.&#60;br /&#62;
Sadly, his death brought us Mr Charisma Tony Blair.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Smith really was a man of the people, the type of which is a rarity these days in politics.
