Despite a stern warning once Mr Cameron had returned to his feet Clegg proceeded to flick elastic bands and balls of blu-tack at Kenneth Clarke as the meeting progressed.</p> <p>Prime Minister Cameron's patience finally snapped when William Hague was hit in the face with a paper aeroplane and staff where called to assist Mr Clegg in his departure from the meeting.<br /> These startling scenes have only added weight to the rumours which question the immaturity of the Deputy PM.</p> <p>More to folow as it happens...<br /> Ddigon O' Broblemau, Goatshed At Ten. </p>
