Nice! One day in the future, archeologists will discover a buried Hoover bag, full of the really hard to find bits of Lego.

Stars! I have been there as a child and I have been there as an adult and the pain came back to me whilst reading the sub, I think it would be a far more successful torture than waterboarding

More good work. It takes me back to when there were things in addition to Lego called Stickle Bricks. I believe I still have the scars...

You've obviously experienced this recently.

Most painful thing I've experienced was at Uni, when I spilled a little acetone on a minor cut. It dessicates the nerve endings. I'd rather give birth through my arse while passing kidney stones than do that again.

Stars, btw

An Indian mystic who regularly walks across red hot coals and broken glass has today withdrawn from an attempt to walk across an 11 ft pit of lego.

"I have thought long and hard about this challenge and I've realised that walking across lego is more dangerous and painful than childbirth or a paper cut in the web between your finger and thumb. So dangerous is the stunt that I was refused insurance"

David Blaine is rumoured to be preparing for an attempt in the Autumn, to walk across a smaller 6ft pit of lego. Most commentators and members of the magic circle claim that the smaller pit may be more managable from a pain perspective but still has its dangers.

Marco DiMarco, Blaine's manager has noted "the smaller pit is psychologically easy to attempt but the threat of serious injury is still there, as anyone who has stood on an upright 2x4 brick will tell you the pain is excruiating and the risk of lameness is severe"

In recent weeks the severity of the task has been highlighted by the US army using "Legowalking" as a replacement for waterboarding in it's arsenal of torture tools, and calls by the UN to ban the use of Lego pits and Lego landmines in modern warfare.
