This summer’s Wimbledon championships are set to be the most eagerly anticipated in history after the traditional warm up event at Queen’s club left blood on the immaculately manicured grass, David Nalbandian facing assault charges, and fans everywhere hoping for more on-court violence.

Nalbandian was disqualified after he injured a line judge’s leg when kicking an advertising board during Sunday’s final and tennis fans are excited by this dramatic turn of events.

‘We’ve got all the ingredients for a fantastic tournament this summer. Nadal is playing right at the top of his game, Djokovic has been phenomenal all year and you can never rule Federer out at Wimbledon. Andy Murray might get to the quarter finals again too.’ said BBC presenter Sue Barker, who insists that ABH has a place in tennis.

‘But what we’ve also got now is an added level of excitement and a real sense of danger on the court. Personally I’m hoping to see a ball boy get punched in the face.’
