However he continued to flatly, but charmingly, rebut suggestions that the philanderer in question - photographed in flagrante - was Mr Murdoch himself, much to the exasperation of the Enquiry panel.</p> <p>Mr Murdoch will take the stand at the enquiry again today to fill in details regarding the so-called 'jacuzzigate' scandal, again involving the unnamed girl next door. </p> <p>A number of commentators are suggesting that these latest allegations - involving a hot tub, two shadows witnessed in the bedroom light, a misplaced jacket and half a bottle of red wine - will be harder for the embattled deputy chief of News Corporation to explain away with rapid-fire-but-winsome charges of mistaken identity.</p> <p>The enquiry is set to continue throughout Thursday, Friday and Saturday, adjourning on Sunday to 'chill'. </p>
