It must be good. I haven't even seen one in a charity shop yet.

Ed - did you really write about which of your parts are tender? Well, believe me, I know how you feel.

All positive comments gratefully received and duly noted for preferential treatment of submissions. Cheaper paperback edition available in the autumn for the rest of you, or you could just take it out of the library if there are any left by then...

Just finished it today
Excellent read - highly recommended.
You'll discover a whole new side to JOF, very funny as ever...but also touching and quite tender in parts.
You could see Alexander Armstrong doing Vaughan and Eve Myles as Madeleine in the TV comedy drama (Sean Locke as Gary)
He really should do a stand-up tour one of the days
Or maybe just an 'informal chat' tour

Does that mean if you bring in any three of your old books they'll give you two of his, Lidl are already doing it.
You'll find it in the DIY section.
Let's see the Government try and create some panic buying for this one.

I find the Nike air max 90 is inferior in many ways to the Utterly Impartial History of Britain, which I gave 5 stars, but slightly better than May Contain Nuts, which although I thought it was good, I did leave some nasty sarcastic tags just to piss him off and make me feel less inadequate for my own crap writing.

Haven't read the new book yet. As soon as Tesco have it on their 3 for 2 range, I'll be there.

You wouldn't by chance know how thick the book is?
I've got a wonky table leg that needs propping up.
I read that history one and I agree...it did seem like 2000 years wasted.

The Ed's new book is bloody good. My favourite since his 2000 years of history one.
