What about hacked phone messages, or her twitter account... e.g.

#bucksliz Must show those continentals how to deal with begging Greeks

#bucksliz One rather enjoyed the frisson of striking. Common but delicious. And pension well-sorted!

#bucksliz Phil says my new I-phone was probably made by a Chinaman

#bucksliz Must check if Phil's playing away again. Doc says I've got another reginal infection

etc.

Gave Harry's joke swasticka to Cameron and he passed in to Merkel as instructed How we laughed.

Told Cameron he was an obnoxious little posh twat "Beat me, beat me" he replied, so I kicked the shit out of him and asked the Household Cavalry to roger him till he bled. Not a word from him apart from a smug grin and a suggestion for the same time next year and "Can George join in?". That's Eton for you.

Having informal drinks over Christmas. Have invited Charles Kennedy, Anthony Hopkins, Keith Chegwin, Eric Clapton and Paul Gascoigne. Let's see if the bastards crack.

Ones family has had a couple of weddings, William looked regal and Kate was divine, although her sister's arse caused a bit of a stir.

Andrew got into a spot of bother, but then he's always been a sucker for improper relationships.

A year of contrast: William was saving foreigners by plucking them out of the sea, while Philip was throwing them back in, when he volunteered to stand in at Dover during the strikes and check passports.

I nearly called on the SAS to sort out Zara's new husband after his little indiscretion in New Zealand. Zara thought Philip had gone too far when he parked a white Fiat Uno in the tunnel at Eden Park rugby stadium, just to put the wind up Tindall.

This year we have holidayed in Ireland, such a lovely place, can't believe we've never been there before, my dear departed mother loved a stout or two and she would have loved Dublin.

Our second Holiday in October took us to Australia, it's the 16th time we've been there since 1954, I called it my "farewell tour", I'll be glad to see the back of those uncouth beer swilling convicts.

Also during May we had the Obama's come and stay, Philip was always chaperoned during their stay and because of his good behaviour we were so pleased that I conferred the title and office of Lord High Admiral to His Royal Highness The Duke of Edinburgh, on the occasion of his 90th birthday.

My horse was beaten in the Derby, that whipper snapper French Jockey had better not cross our path again.

One has such high hopes for the future now that William has a beautiful wife, and I have instructed my Prime Minister to change the Rules of Succession.

Next year one celebrates ones Diamond Jubilee, my how those 60 years have flown. But hey I'm still the Queen, and sometimes I think Charles is a bit sour about it.

This is a really good idea and could make an excellent Left Alert. Would simon or anyone else like to develop it further? What else might the Queen have to say to her commoners about her year?
