I don't think you even need to mention the Quran - by describing the teaching in the Kerrang as if it were the Quran the reader will make the links.</p> <p>Don't know enough about heavy metal to help you much further, but there have to be plenty of parallels in terms of traditional dress (black jeans, black T-shirt, women respectfully covering themselves with tattoos, etc) and worship (headbanging, hand raised in salute, followers often having a feeling of being lifted up and carried aloft by the crowd, etc).
