I went in, sampled the food and the ambience and talked to the owner about what has worked for me and what is very wrong (its too dark and loud in there for a start). He was really grateful for the feedback and agreed with the criticisms.</p> <p>I think the worst thing to do is accept substandard food or service and silently seethe about the owner. Best to let them know you're not happy and see what happens.
