This along with other statements contained in the message have lead Police Chiefs to issue an arrest warrant with immediate effect for Ming the Merciless.</p> <p>Scotland Yard have refused to comment any further except to say the case will now be lead by Brian Blessed and his team of Hawkmen. </p>
