So says US led think tank The Heston Institute in a report published today.

The Heston Institute, beleives that powerful hedge funds and multinationals who recently aqquired vast land holdings in Africa in order to grow sugarcane and sunflowers as traditional biofuels, using the new compound is the next logical step.

Soylent Green which came out of twenty years of research into cheap sustanable food, failed to get FDA approval in the USA and also failed to get EU approval, has now been found to make an ideal biofuel. Automated Soylent Green plants have been built on the African Mega-plantations, and fuel pipelines are being constructed to coastal terminals.

Leaders of African nations claim it is a win-win situation, " The poor have left these barren and difficult lands and have melted into the cities where they have become an important but invisible part of society. Plus our nations reap the First World benefits of prestige cars, private jets, and carribean resorts, which ultimately will filter down to all our people".

The African plantations are equal in size to France, or Wales if all the hills and mountains were rolled flat.
