			<description>&#60;p&#62;as OBE sounds like he selflessly fornicating under the command/consent of the king according to the order's motto &#34;For God and the Empire&#34;. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Like in any structure were one can move through the ranks of hierarchy on promotional grounds people get promoted to safe level where they get rewarded for doing less damage. If the title of OBE is not withdrawn by the Queen on the basis of his conduct, then referring to him as ‘Git of the British Empire’ would at least raise some smiles outside the house of parliament. Also the Knight Grand Cross would sound more like a burden of duty of representing the moral standards /core values then him being under her Majesty’s order. After all he has some cross to bear with all his publicity now.
