I can't remember any more of the verse, but I expect it's equally prophetic. 'She wore an...' A clear reference to war. 'Itsy bitsy teeny weeny' - this means 'We are going to slaughter millions of you' in Cambodian. 'Yellow' for the west's cowardice in not intervening. 'Polka' - the western armies are playing poker (or dancing the polka) while Cambodia suffers. 'Dot' - the west needs to dot the i's and cross the t's.
