Industry experts are expecting a surge in interest for the scheme in the next month, with a predicted take-up rate of over 50% in areas such as the North of England and Scotland. </p> <p>Analysis has shown the most popular MPs to be scrapped are red ones, which are mostly likely to be replaced with blue or possibly yellow. </p>
