Ha ha! Well thanks Sid, that clears that up a treat. And you're right to keep a spare standard. You never know when a single one might let you down...
Love to the whippets.

Thanks for that Ms E. I've just noticed the ad now appearing at the top of this page for "Pandemic Prevention" . . . . "Natural Product for H1N1 infection." from http://www.crabsinergy.com; that led me to this

website.

Sid,

I have previously inquired after the shoulder in question and its progress towards full health, on more than one occasion.

I thought that, after the worldwide panic over bird flu and swine fever, this might give a smile to one or two people - not least Plucky himself.

However, if I have offended your and anyone else's sensibilities, I apologise, and withdraw unreservedly.

I'm not often shocked by anything posted anywhere, never mind on here. Maybe it's because I thought you were a decent sort of bloke, rather than the shit-head you so obviously are, kicking a man when he's down.
Was it worth it? 'cos it certainly ain't worth a laugh.

There have been a small number of incidents of the highly pathogenic “Monkey Shoulder” in the UK since 2009, most recently on the Isle of Wight.

There have also been some incidents of low pathogenic clavicle fracture.

As the virus can remain viable in contaminated droppings for long periods, it can be spread among monkeys, and from monkeys to other animals, including humans, through ingestion or inhalation.

Person-to-person transmission

There are no confirmed cases of person to person spread in the recent outbreak. So far, while some instances of spread from one person directly to another have been reported, these have been isolated one-off occurrences with no further spread to people, and the route of transmission remains unconfirmed.

For details of the latest situation and general advice please see the Defra and HPA websites
